I didn't mean to imply Shenghe's lot was in the 50% of holders or the 75% "For" vote needed for the scheme to go through. I'm also convinced that Shenghe will not let go. If they fail with the vote they will try some other way and not necessarily with a higher offer (on the latter part I'll be gladly proven wrong). Neither do I expect any sort of competition from any third parties as Shenghe will stay put.
