"Peak to provide technical assistance"
C'mon, seriously, who do you think you are kidding beyond yourself?
There was 50yrs prior experience available at Mt Pass, incl Rocky & a bucket load of borrowed money, nearly three years effort, and they didn't get much past concentrate other than small amounts of off spec oxides, @ $34kg CoP.
What "technical assistance" can PEK add to that? Moly was more than adequate in the glossies dept.
Just the fact they have got so far as to announce this development speaks to the fact they have little conviction to the business plan as presented, just daze ago.
