    Until someone illimunates me otherwise, PEK only faces a loss of opportunity if the consortium it is in fails to gain the rights to mine Mountain Pass. My only concern is that management do not become too distracted and fail to give their Tanzanian asset their proper attention. I have seen the MP opportunity as exactly that, oppotunistic and not something on which the DFS for Tanzania is dependent.
    In other words, if the consortium that PEK is attached to wins then PEK may gain some additional revenue by helping run the MP refinery and gain an alternative means of refining rather than creating its own expensive facility in the UK.  These are good wins and should add value to the company but if not forthcoming, then the the existing valuations should not be affected and neither should the share price.
