I wouldn't have thought there was intense competition at the moment. It's an emerging sector and not many companies are established.
There are different markets for medical monitoring devices and other products/services could target different users.
My understanding is LSH targets patients, which enables GP's to access data as required.
Other companies might target hospitals directly for in hospital use only.
Don't think this is a one dimensional market.
