Personally I was interested in acouple of comments by Peter Meintjes where he writes "We are, asexpected, seeing continued growth in test volumes. Pleasingly, these includetests for the Melbourne-based Northern Health (see ‘Test volumes’ below), whichlast year committed to using Cxbladder Monitor to help manage patientsundergoing surveillance following treatment. We are also making good progressupgrading our Dunedin clinicallaboratory, which is on track to open in April."

The first thing is the comment about continued growth in test volumes whichconfirms that that vital side of the business is continuing to expand andprovide increased revenue. Of course PEB isprobably expending a bit with extra staff in the USsales team but it will be interesting to see in May what the actual growth intest figures is.

The other almost casual comment about the upgrade to the Dunedinclinical laboratory needs to linked to this comment about the purpose for theupgrade which comes in the newsletter in a short section dealing with thatspecifically.
" The new lab, located at our offices in the Centre for Innovation,provides space for the expected increase in test volumes and allows for theevolution we see in cancer diagnostic technologies."
So the upgrade will allow PEB to cope withan increasing number of tests in the Dunedinfacility (more income) and also enable the company to expand its cancerdiagnostic technologies which I think is a way of saying they have other testsfor other cancers in the pipeline or could have in the future.
