Some of those conditions are crazy.
Finding a few rock chip samples? Here have another $50k and 5 million shares.
One ten meter drill intercept? Here have another $50k and ten million shares.
Seems to me they are paying them on announcements they can pump, not on success of finding a resource.
Combined with the 35% gain the day before a trading halt....buyers beware IMO
