@alecfra they are not in a partnership here, they are not partners, Genesis are going to advise HXG as (no doubt very expensive) advisors. Why wouldnt they agree to it, we have only one drillhole so far but we want to throw money at you so we can generate nice fluffy announcements in the absence of any real news about advancing the project.
Looks like easy money to me.
