That's not really fair. There was always a chance of discovering lithium and without the $$$ they wouldn't be able to have that chance. You can't play cricket without a bat. Doing a capital raise was definitely the right call at that moment to get capital before the duster results were released. Smart investors recognised it as a red flag and got out. Regardless, if Dusko didn't get that 10 million then RDN would be in a far worse position.
I do think they should have been releasing visuals of the cores though, they knew what they were doing not releasing them.
