Hello. ASX handles complaints related to the ASX listing rules. ASIC take complaints about fraud. If a member of the pubic believes the "disclosure" of a company is vague; I imagine that is a matter for the ASX.
For example, if a company is announcing drill results but not showing clearly were the drill holes are located; that is a matter for the ASX. That is why when I lodged many complains about a certain company's drill result, that company finally got their act together; in the way I suggested to the ASX. No fine or ASIC was involved.
If a company issues a Scoping Study without an Indicated or Measure JORC; that is a matter of the ASX listing rules. Thus a company that does this will have to withdraw the announcement if the ASX finds out.
