Yes, buddy, its total shares multiplied by share price. Share price is affected by demand and supply. Cash is relevant but only in how it affects demand and supply, it's not part of the equation like it is with EV.
Right now there are lithium juniors with more proven lithium resources than RDN, buddy, that have way lower market caps. RDN's high market cap in the past has been due to the potential for a large lithium discovery. It's tanked because that is looking unlikely and unless they can find a proven resource, sentiment will drive this down well below 1c.
