    At the moment yes she could.

    Sell off arrow, Mt scholl, pocket there 18m cash.

    If she bid at 5 to 6c with sentiment the way it is, she would probably get raiden.

    Billionaires will play blackjack or baccarat with bets larger than it would be to buy raiden at the moment.

    Unfortunately companies are valued in the moment, not on future potential most of the time.
