I've reviewed the strategic partnership recently with all the hype surrounding the previous announcement and read over this part again. Depending on whether there is a misquote of the company here I would assume it refers to Yahua the parent company and not just the Australian subsidiary (correct me if I am wrong).

If I am reading this correctly EFE has secured a joint venture partnership with Yahua where ANY lithium spodumene project they wish to seek in the form of a joint venture must first be offered to EFE before anyone else. This reads that EFE is Yahua's go-to company for all lithium projects globally (other than China or any country in Africa).

Have been an LT holder because of this and I think a lot of holders who have tried to explain the significance don't truly capture the potential benefits of the partnership.
