Well maybe they didnt, but those are some pretty small lines I would have to have read between to figure out what you meant. They werent silent on the fact that an extension had been sought. As for Tullow, they will have their own agenda, but the general improvement in oil price and somewhat healthier market outlook may have given them a gentle nudge. ONGCs farm in will help too, as will the change in management at PCL, something a lot of posters seem to forget.
