There's a whole bunch of assumptions and modelling that go into that but in short it's not quite that simple. Additionally those three proposed targets may not stack up vertically in a way that makes the best exploration well (generally drilled purely vertical). Additionally only one of those targets is a decent size the others are relatively small, if you're there and can hit it you might but some of those values would never justify a single well.
