I am hearing desperation with some of your claims. Clearly have a lot invested to the point of marketing on behalf of PCL.
The fact is that the projections came in considerably less than what was anticipated. When majors invest, costs fall into the billions to drill and extract. There is no way that PCL will retain 75% ownership, they will have to offer up a significant amount to attract a partner.
The BOD got greedy and took the gambled with Woodside, so they walked. Plain and simple with no ace up their sleeve to play. In this environment the BOD are clearly out of their depth and in a lot of ways treating the shareholders as fools. Look at the facts without being emotionally tied. 101 for investing……..
