What stalling tactics by WDS.
It was always incumbent on PCL, not WDS, to get the seismic license.
That has been confirmed by PCL.
As reported on here, the BOD and CEO did nothing to progress the seismic license for over six months - how did they do exceptionally well.

I have read that PCL were talking about opening their data room but have seen nothing to confirm that it ever happened.
What information do you have, that the market doesn't, that this happened?

What have they done exceptionally well - definitely not shareholder communications unlike Sintana, our partner, who regularly update their shareholders.
WDS made their decision without asking for input from PCL, so not that.
Did the PCL BOD do anything to get WDS to announce their decision about 2 months early.
I doubt we will ever know, but to date there is zero evidence that they did.
PCL BOD totally screwed the JV option. I think there is little doubt of that.
We nearly lost PEL87 before WDS came in.
We acquired PEL87 a long time ago so what has the CEO & BOD done exceptionally well in the last three years?
Recoverable 3.8BB net to PCL - sum of high cases.
Recoverable - 1.2BB - Sum of Best cases (2U) net to PCL
I am still very upbeat on the future of PCL, but there is little doubt there needs to be some BOD changes.
Not kicking all of them out, but the addition of some corporate knowledge and some deadwood to go.
Also, someone with the ability to communicate and update the shareholders.
Today has been a real kick in the pants.
Hopefully, further analysis of the resource estimates will lift the price.
