It definitely could be that WDL have told PCL that the are in, but my initial view was simply PCL just stating that they have completed their part of he deal with Custos/Sintana by bringing in WDS to spend $40M on 3D seismic. The comment by PCL lays to rest any concerns we may have as shareholders, IF WDS do not participate, then we are not liable for future work, including drilling!
