Pottermore,
I have a suggestion for Smith or Barry if you could get to talk to them and that is a share holder News Letter that can be just posted on the website monthly (say). That would make the SHs informed in the absence of any ASX announcement and is much more straight forward than a formal announcement.
A Cook at CVN does that regularly until his departure.
