I have been much more patient in the years I have held PCL than most here. The issue is not that things don't move fast enough. The issue is that the shareholders are given deadlines for things to happen and when they don't happen followed by silence- not once or twice - then they chuck out shares to some mob whole sole purpose seems to be to stop any communication between the BOD and shareholders. Also, regardless of the seismic license now being signed some people at PCL should be held responsible for an agreement that was lacking a termination clause. Just pub common sense. We have an accountant on the board, for whom I see little point, and if she couldn't pick this up then why is she there. PCL have had the 3D data long enough to give a much stronger indication of what they believe is there - basically no updates of substance. Other companies in the area have captured the data, analysed it and booked drill ships in the same or less time. PCL = NADA. A lot more questions and I bet the BOD are hoping that the seismic license takes a lot of pressure off. Amazing timing so close to the AGM - another coincidence?
