That is an unfair and misogynistic comment, she is an engineer, and as such quite risk averse, if you follow the company closely since she took over exploration has taken a back seat to engineering projects. Most engineers tend to be myopic and forget that quantum leaps in oil companies fortunes are always a product of exploration.
