    It would appear there were some behind the scenes maneuvering to get a higher price. With this final declaration it’s pretty much take it or leave it unless they pull a higher bid.

    The bid looks fairly priced so hoping MAM chooses the logical option and votes for the deal. Got a call from the company so probably the Board trying to check the numbers in case MAM do try to block the deal.
