    i think its a bit different to the RDY transaction, this has gone all the way to scheme but the RDY was still in non-binding/DD phase.

    In addition the premium is a lot more on MSL, usually premium this high would go through plus the macro environment we are entering is also sketchy.

    I think they tried behind closed doors to negotiate but as of today's announcement seems like to no luck to increase the offer.
