Wayne said that they have been in touch with customers to explain the new strategy and how they are re-evaluating their ability to meet short term contractual needs. How this ends, I don't know, but I get the feeling that whilst they may have been a bit naive in sleepwalking into this situation, they seem like a ethical and down the line company to deal with. Customers won't be happy but I suspect they will be flexible (as he mentions) given PEN is starting up, appear to have strong relations and the thought of there being one less supplier in the market does nothing to help competition or customers.
