1. how quickly can they get online? the sooner the better as it will compel partners to stay.
2. what incentives will they offer in lieu of the delay? to avoid any contractual disputes or penalties (and yes, we are kidding ourselves if we think customers will just put their arms up and say "yeah, no probs, we understand, don't deliver what you signed up to!" because it will be something, cash, discounts on future purchases, longer lock in of price terms etc.

When you don't perform your side of a contract, leverage is given to the other side. And even fools rarely miss the chance of taking up leverage.
