fact is UEC bought a company recently( cant remember the company name)thats the one doing the work for Pen for years but new. mgnt Amir Adani has decided to cancel the agreement,the reason l let you work out yr conclusion .those knocking PEN are the usual suspects.They come out when PEN hit a road block with their usual spills.if u long term ,u know who l am talking about
