It will take most if not all of 2024 to fund and build resin and drying plant if there no delays, and then will need to restart and ramp up production and it will also depend how much will be recovered from stage 1 mine which is already partially mined, this will also delay stage 2... Add to that how affective will low pH chemistry be in full production that is also unknown..
