    uranium spot price over $60 in next few months? Certainly possible and not not unreasonable IMO

    Not saying this delay was welcomed, but if one can see a bit longer term (meaning 1-2 years, rather than day to day or week to week SP fluctuations) PEN will be a stronger, more independent company going forward
