What was PEN continuous plan beside springing this announcement on its Shareholders,..
Who (SH) knew that the current contract with UEC only lasted 9 months, think it would have been a main discussion point on this forum and the risk to PEN associated with it..
IMO this was a deliberate disruptive announcement for a number of possible reasons...
