    Gee tutes thats a different angle, most will compare PEN to PDN and how PDN it went from 1c to $11 when there share get hammered.

    So are you saying Cameco a good buy with your logic,... PEN may go back up to 18c long term but with this announcement more likely to go under 10c,... This announcement is terrible miss management.
