The board of PEN has to go - they oversaw and signed off on production contracts with UEC which could be terminated (as has now occurred) then relied on this “could be terminated” production to enter into long term contracts to supply utilities
this was sheer madness and displays very poor management- also I believe this debacle was entered into before Wayne’s was appointed so it’s a mess he’s inherited and now has to clean up
why would anyone now invest in PEN with the same board members still there - it’s a disgrace and displays very poor corporate governance
