As you rightly point out, they entered into LT commitments based on this contract. Appendix 2 of the DFS was regarding 'Material Assumptions' and no mention of it was made there either (i.e. the assumption being that our mates at UEC won't rug-pull us and cancel ourcontract). For holders that are interested, I've stuck a poll up on Twitter - trying to gauge how well known this was. Is this an unfortunate issue outside their control, or a governance screw up?
