So PEN current market cap 163mil with cash and stock of US32 mil OR 47aud.
And a number of contracts in place.
Granted they now need to complete the Resin facility but it now seems pretty good value.
This may have been mentioned - but it seems like a good buy for UEC, as they won't need to build the Resin facility.
