PEN management team have done a woeful job at managing risk - meanwhile PEN shareholders pay by seeing the share price go significantly lower
what we should be seeing here is board member resignations - a new team is needed to steer this ship - hopefully PENs largest shareholders are now starting to think like this and take matters into their own hands and force the issue
