I think the entire road map is up for a change with this development. I am expecting this won't just be a development of the Resin Facility but also additional capacity to be added to the front end of processing at the same time (if you aren't producing you may as well be gearing up for the most efficient production possible). that nugget was about $70m last time the numbers were out together. That would require a CR which could produce significant dilution. This is all conjecture until we get the companies plans but I am pausing until we hear what the next battle plan is, and am still in disbelief that they didn't have a contingency plan for the resin.
