Don't panic!!
The match price as I write is 18ø for 646000 shares. Ie. higher than the last sale pre announcement.
Does not mean much, but in current Fe = flavour-of-the-month sentiment, I would expect that the funds are being raised for a positive reason. FMS is well run, so lets assume that the funds will enhance the company, not weaken it.
