Maybe an acquisition, or accelerated drilling program along with hurrying up the Worley Parsons feasibility study, could even be to do with progressing that diamondiferous kimberlite they found.
Cap raising may not be open to shareholders, may be a placement to a few larger investors that may have been arranged already. My wild guess on the placement price is 15c.
