    Very high grade-average (2200ppm) but non-ISR?, dormant project for $20 grand. We've got to mow the lawns apparently. Just shows what acquisitive opportunities the current $U-climate has created. For the small cost, its a no brainer I suppose, but does further establish PEN as a significant player in the US.
