Dog? This has been one of my best investments up overall 171% over the last 6 months and my largest holding on ASX.
The company is in an enviable position, it was a hard decision to clear the debt but aboslutely the right one, with no debt, exisiting very good supply contracts and a licence to restart production as soon as prices justify. PEN is in no hurry and being one of only 3 US current miners able to turn on production withion 6 months of decision IMO a significant upside from here.
Look out for a significant increase in Spot prices...it will come and sooner than many may imagine. Uranium stocks are front running a guaranteed increase in Spot or the lights go out......ummmmmm seems like they are already going out in parts of the USA
