They need uranium mining expertise on the board, not ex-bankers. At least the others don't have any shares.

They should get Americans who are also looking to sell the company. That will save on constant travel costs. That's what they really should do, try and sell it and spruik it as domestic production which is badly needed in a nuclear boom thanks to AI. Start production, make sure it all works, and get companies into the data room.

Dagger project has considerable upside as well. AUD has fallen yet again and in US dollar terms PEN is hardly expensive. An acquiring U company would have the expertise as well to ramp up production in coming years and expand Dagger. More than 10 years of bear market means lots of expertise has left the sector.

P.S. The U sector is really hard at the moment I feel. PDN has issues. BOE is also not a big project and capped at 5x PEN which doesnt seem right, DYL has the expertise but it's in Africa and I dont trust Africa at all at the moment. Ditto all the other African stocks. Some others have assets in WA which is not viable. ERA is dead. Other specs way too early. Not much left.

Barring other issues I still think PEN has upside from 7c if U price starts to really kick. Some pundits I spoke to reckon US$150/lb next year. Believe it when I see it but if true an acquirer should snap up PEN and take it in house
