Maybe, perhaps, a possibility, all the chatter about a lot of over subscriptions had slowed the applications. This is all a maybe/perhaps etc.
But the moment I said "I have already applied", the rather long conversation ended in two seconds.
Unless everyone got in at the last minute, like this week's $150mill Powerball, I guess, the scale-back could be low. It will all be decided tomorrow 5pm
