No, you found out on 8 Dec in BRR. Listen again.
You always have a right to be pissed off about whatever you like. However, it's unclear what you expected. A video of them smashing a bottle of wine on the plant? Wouldn't have saved the option holders.
The company is reporting like a business should, when material events occur. Material = money. If any share holders have been deluded into thinking the end goal was producing Uranium, then they are wrong. The end goal has always been to make money. So to me, this announcement shows that the company thinks delivering some damn Uranium and issuing an invoice is actually the key event, not pushing a button.
The onus is on you to prove stock manipulation. I doubt you can even clearly define what 'manipulation' means in this particular case. Are they just manipulating the closing prices? Are they affecting the week to week and month to month prices? Are they shaping the chart? Shaking the tree? Is there a statistical correlation between their actions and announcements? What do they do when the price is rising? Do you even look then? Where would the share price be if they all left? Would the liquidity be adversely affected such that it'd be much harder for us to get in and out?

In summary, for all the ranting about manipulation on HC, I've never seen anything even close to a strong case. It's also pretty easy to come up with legitimate reasons for the algos. For instance, in MG's top twenty spreadsheet it's pretty clear that since October, JPM is getting off and HSBC is getting on. How do you think these guys make those moves? Algos! One algo is trying to minimise the price paid, and the other is trying to maximise the price paid.
