I dont think Us has production levels to sell much overseas.
China would buy most from Russia before production moves forward out of Africa.
Its Germany when they see the light paying for Uranium..Russian /Nato problems means gas gets torned off in Mosccow Berlin pipeline..ouch
Japan siding with US will buy outside Russia
Overall good news for US produced Uranium.

Remember Uranium /power generation is strategic. No one will give an inch of anything unless it is in their interest.
