PEN still has the Karoo project on its books
It has been trying to offload it for sometime now with no success on the hope that the sale will offset exiting Karoo 100%

Money and focus did go and was spent on the Karoo project
Eventually PEN will be rid of Karoo 100% but the sale price will in no way compensate for all the money spent (admin, exploration, etc) on Karoo and South Africa essentially
