I think Rick Rule makes a particularly relevant point in the above posted video when he asks (paraphrasing) "does your junior mining company have a management team capable of increasing value for shareholders?"
I think that's the key question here...does PEN management have what it takes to turn this into a profitable producer? Clearly the market has some doubts regarding our management team after the recent stuff ups/delays/cap raise.
So it's simple...BOE trades expensively because Duncan Craib hasn't disappointed the market and they therefore enjoy a big management premium in the BOE stock price...we PEN shareholders suffer a big management discount because everyone wonders whether our guys have the chops to get things done on time and on the money.
I'm holding onto PEN because it just seems too damn cheap on a relative basis, but I do worry that Wayne and the management team could stuff things up and ultimately justify the current market rating. Does anyone here know exactly how good our management team are? Honest question, I'd be delighted to hear tales from others in the know of their prior consistent wealth creation for shareholders in past companies (as opposed to self enrichment via salary/free shares etc).
