When. you say that RMS paid about as high a premium as you can think of in the sector, exactly what did they pay in their script and cash offer?
I recall Zep mentioning the figure but I can't recall it but do remember how surprised I was at how little it was. RMS mostly paid in share registry dilution which had no impact on the SP. So RMS didn't pay $275m for Spectrum, nowhere near that amount.
