RMS have clearly stated many times that they are looking for a third production hub, and it's not Rebecca/Roe. There's no doubt in my mind that with A$350-A$400 million in the kitty (Including their line of credit but after this takeover) they will be pretty relentless about carrying on their search for a good value opportunity.
