It's just a factor of the deposit. Personally I am happy that they have been realistic about this. They have applied a strong dilution factor which has results in 30koz production figure. Dilution has reduced grade from 5g/t to a little over 3g/t. No inferred material used and there is the subparallel lodes which have hardly been drilled. Once all the UG work has been done will be potential to drill this for additional ounces if they deem it worth while. But again for a satellite deposit monetising it into $25m+ makes a lot of sense.
