    was only a matter of time. They were either going to need another capital raise, or a loan.
    Probably couldnt do a desirable capital raise with current markets, so had to result in getting a loan.
    And they did this, before showing their previous quarter results?

    Someone clearly didnt like the news today and wanted out.
