unless the demographics of people in NZ are substantially different, the total population of NZ is less than Sydney's. So its not like they are going to double or triple in revenue.
They also will need to set up a new, get internet there etc, so they are not tapping into synergies of their isp business, which they can do in australia. The cost of running the NZ setup will be more, because of this alone. Jumping onto this hype without looking into the practicals of what is involved and how they have been going, without honeymoon goggles on is a good way to lose $$$
