    re: Ann: Penumbra Coal Mine Ramp Up In Produc... Well I suggest you sell like all the other nervous holders and I am glad to pick them up at this level. After GM I see VMR buying on market and with plenty of of cash in bank and we will increase each quarter moving forward from here.
    Where a lot have missed is value is in projects not a new shareholder buying in at 19.9%.
